These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the InPoint website, software, integrations, and related services (“Service”).

By using InPoint, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

01

Purpose of the Service

InPoint is a business management software platform that may include customer management, order management, inventory management, financial data, communications, logistics, integrations with third-party platforms, and other business-related functionality.

InPoint may add, modify, or discontinue specific features from time to time, provided that such changes do not violate applicable law or any separate agreement entered into with the user.

02

Account Use

The user is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of information associated with their account;
  • protecting passwords and authentication credentials;
  • all activities performed through their account;
  • the actions of employees and other authorized persons added to InPoint.

The user must notify us promptly if they become aware of any unauthorized access to their account.

03

Business Data and User Responsibility

Data entered into or connected to InPoint by the user remains the data of the relevant user or lawful owner of such data.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis to upload, process, or use data within InPoint, including data obtained from third-party systems.

InPoint is not responsible for the entry or use of inaccurate, unlawful, or unauthorized data by the user.

04

Third-Party Integrations

InPoint may integrate with third-party services, including Meta/Facebook and other platforms.

The availability of such integrations may depend on third-party APIs, policies, technical limitations, and changes made by those third parties.

InPoint does not control third-party systems and does not guarantee that any specific third-party functionality will remain continuously available or unchanged.

InPoint is not a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not endorsed, operated, or managed by Meta unless expressly stated otherwise.

05

Service Availability

We aim to provide a stable and secure Service; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully available.

Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party systems, internet infrastructure, security measures, or other circumstances.

Unless a separate service level agreement (SLA) has been entered into with the user, no specific uptime or response time is guaranteed.

06

Prohibited Use

The use of InPoint is prohibited for:

  • unlawful activities;
  • infringement of third-party rights;
  • unauthorized access or attacks against systems;
  • distribution of malicious software or code;
  • intentional disruption of the Service;
  • use that violates applicable law or the policies of connected third-party platforms.

InPoint may restrict or suspend an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms, security requirements, or applicable law have been violated.

07

Intellectual Property

The InPoint software, source code, design, branding, interface, logo, and other intellectual property related to the Service are owned by InPoint or the relevant authorized rights holder.

Use of the Service does not grant the user any ownership rights in InPoint’s intellectual property.

08

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy is available at:

https://inpoint.ge/privacy-policy

The procedure for requesting deletion of personal data is available on the relevant Data Deletion page.

Applicable data protection laws may impose obligations regarding the lawful processing, security, retention, and deletion of personal data.

Meta’s own developer rules also require applications processing Meta user data to provide a clear and accessible mechanism for users to request deletion of their data.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InPoint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or losses resulting from disruptions to third-party services.

InPoint is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • incorrect data entered by the user;
  • inadequate protection of the user’s account credentials;
  • outages or failures of third-party services or APIs;
  • improper or unlawful use of the Service by the user;
  • circumstances beyond InPoint’s reasonable control.

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, InPoint’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10

Account Suspension and Termination

The user may stop using InPoint at any time.

InPoint may temporarily restrict or terminate access to the Service due to security risks, violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or other justified reasons.

Where reasonably possible, the user will be notified in advance of any material restriction or termination.

11

Changes to These Terms

InPoint may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page together with the applicable revision date.

If a change materially affects the rights or obligations of users, appropriate notice may be provided where required.

12
